As President and CEO of Coremetrics, Joe Davis is responsible for leading the company's overall business strategy and guiding day-to-day operations. Joe brings over 20 years of executive management experience to the Coremetrics team. Prior to joining Coremetrics, Joe served as the group vice president and general manager of the CRM division at PeopleSoft (NASDAQ: PSFT), where he led the worldwide development and overall strategy for the CRM product division. At PeopleSoft, Joe turned the CRM division into the fastest growing product line within the company and led two exceptionally successful product launches.
Prior to his tenure at PeopleSoft, Joe served as president of Nortel Networks' eBusiness division, where he held full P&L responsibility for a division of 1500 employees and over $300 million in revenues. Prior to that, he served as general manager of Remedy's CRM division, leading Lotus Development's Silicon Valley office, and managing all service and support initiatives for Everex Systems.
Joe holds an M.B.A. from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and received a B.S. and M.S. in Applied Mechanics from UC San Diego.

With more than 25 years of experience, Shawn Farshchi is responsible for all aspects of Coremetrics' service delivery, including development, global operations, client and professional services.
Prior to joining Coremetrics Mr. Farshchi served in a variety of executive positions with WebEx Communications. As CIO and Vice President of technical operations and engineering, Mr. Farshchi was responsible for all aspects of platform engineering, global technical and customer operations and delivering best of class on-line collaboration applications to more than 23,000 large and small companies.
As the SVP of engineering and CIO of BroadVision Inc., Mr. Farshchi was instrumental in delivering state-of-the-art software solutions for eCommerce and self-service web applications utilized by major corporations like Wal-Mart and Air France.
Prior to joining BroadVision, Mr. Farshchi was SVP and CIO of DHL Airways, responsible for delivery of mission critical systems such as customer service, Global Track and Trace, aircraft maintenance systems, crew scheduling systems, field operations, financial and HR systems.
He has also served in a variety of technology and management positions at Bechtel Power Corp., Sprint, GTE Spacenet, Oracle, Pacific Gas and Electric and Roche Corporation.
Mr. Farshchi holds a B.S.E.E. from San Francisco State University, an M.S. in Telecommunications and an M.B.A., both from Golden Gate University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark brings over 18 years of experience and is responsible for the Company's corporate finance, accounting, human resource and legal functions. During his tenure with the Company, Mark has played a leading role in the Company's fund raising efforts and in guiding the Company to profitability. Prior to joining Coremetrics, Mark was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of CrossLogix, Inc., an enterprise-class software provider that developed sophisticated software access management to web and legacy applications. Mark was an integral member of the team that negotiated the sale of CrossLogix to BEA in February 2003. Prior to CrossLogix, Mark was the Vice President Finance and Administration of Method Networks, a company that automated and managed Internet site infrastructure operations and Corporate Controller, Director of Finance and Treasurer of ProBusiness Services, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: PRBZ) a leading provider of comprehensive administrative outsourced services to large employers nationwide. Mark began his career in Silicon Valley at Coopers and Lybrand LLP where he earned a credential as a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark holds a bachelors degree in Law and Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and is active in both youth sports and fraternity alumni relations at UC Berkeley.

John Squire joined Coremetrics in 2001, and is now responsible for the development and management of Coremetrics Marketing Services and setting the company's vision of the market and technical strategy for Coremetrics Behavioral Analytics and Precision Marketing solutions.
During his tenure at Coremetrics, John has held responsibility for product development and management, marketing as well as business development where he was responsible for developing partnerships, alliances and leading M&A activities. John joined Coremetrics from Chemdex where he was the Senior Director of Product Management and a member of the Chemdex Executive Team. His team had responsibility for developing the company product roadmap, delivering new products and services, evaluating new markets, and assessing and integrating partner technologies. He also held the positions of Director of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Manager of Sales Operations. Prior to Chemdex, John worked for 3Com in Market Development where he developed and managed partnerships with Siemens, Fuji Medical Systems, Acuson, GE Medical, and other medical application providers. Prior to 3Com, John spent five years with Chevron Products, USA as a Process Engineer. John holds an M.B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a B.S. with Highest Distinction in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Kathi is Chief Marketing Officer at Coremetrics where she is responsible for leading integrated marketing initiatives globally, with a specific focus on developing world-class customer acquisition and retention programs. She also drives the company’s brand strategy and vision as a leader in the digital marketing industry.
Kathi brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing for high-tech companies, including Apple, Borland Software, Business Objects and Silicon Graphics, Inc. Before joining Coremetrics, Kathi was Vice President of Global Demand Marketing at Borland Software, where she was responsible for building a global field marketing team and implementing solution-specific campaigns that maximized sales leads. Prior to this, she held the position of Vice President, Americas Field Marketing at Business Objects, where she created a powerful marketing engine that fueled lead generation and sales pipeline across the U.S., Canada and Latin America.
During her tenure as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Silicon Graphics, Inc., a leader in high-performance computing, Kathi was responsible for corporate marketing, as well as leading the company’s re-branding as SGI. She has also held senior marketing positions at various technology start-up organizations, focusing on brand development and customer acquisition.
Kathi holds an MPA from the University of Southern California.

As vice president of worldwide marketing, Jane Paolucci develops and leads the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to extend Coremetrics' presence in the hosted Web analytics and precision marketing space. Jane brings over 14 years of strategic marketing and public relations experience. Prior to joining Coremetrics, Jane was the group director of public relations at Siebel Systems, Inc. where she was responsible for leading communication programs for over 20 business lines. Before Siebel Systems, Jane was the director of analyst and public relations at Amdocs where she managed worldwide communications activities for the Clarify CRM division. Jane has also held a senior position as director of corporate marketing at Remedy Corporation where she managed all CRM marketing activities. In addition, Jane has held marketing roles at high technology companies including Decisive Technology, which was acquired by MessageMedia, Neuron Data, which was renamed Blaze Software, and Taligent, Inc.
Jane holds a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from the University of California at Berkeley.
As Vice President and General Manager of EMEA, Richard Sheppard is responsible for the Coremetrics business across Europe. Richard brings 20 years of sales, sales management and general management experience to Coremetrics Europe. He has managed both established and start-up organizations primarily with an international focus, establishing US subsidiaries and distributorships across Europe. His in-depth knowledge and experience in the SaaS and analytics market will help Coremetrics achieve greater inroads in Europe in 2008 and beyond.
Before joining Coremetrics Richard was the CEO of UK hosting company 7global. Prior to this he was the Vice President EMEA for Actuate where he was responsible for the UK, German and French operations. He has also held senior EMEA positions at Oblix Inc, Hyperion, Arbor Software and Informix Software.

John joined Coremetrics in April 2006 as a result of Coremetrics acquisition of the IBM SurfAid Analytics business. John was a co-founder and Business Executive owner of SurfAid, started in 1996. As a Coremetrics Vice President and General Manager, John is responsible for the ongoing Coremetrics-IBM business partnership and for resource development for Coremetrics rapidly-growing business. John is also involved in many facets of direct Customer support.
John graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS - Mathematics, minor in Physics. Upon graduation, John spent time on active military duty in preparation for a 6-year National Guard Commitment. Shortly thereafter, John joined IBM as a Systems Engineer in Flint, Michigan. John worked for IBM for 32 years prior to joining Coremetrics and has held numerous technical, sales and management positions. John's technical background includes integration work with large systems, storage systems, capacity and performance management, distributed systems and networks, programming and Web development. John's 26 years of management experience includes assignments in IBM sales and marketing branch offices and in IBM Global Services.

As vice president of worldwide sales, Jeff Schmidt reports to Joe Davis, President and CEO and will use his extensive expertise of growing successful on-demand businesses, and of building sales, marketing and operational teams at an international level, to drive the next phase of the company's growth. Schmidt brings over 15 years of information systems and technology experience to the Coremetrics executive team. Schmidt was previously vice president of the enterprise business unit at WebEx (NASDQ: WEBX) where his main responsibilities included contributing to strategic and operational planning, implementing and executing to market expectations and ensuring that annual plans were well designed. He also held various other roles at WebEx, including vice president and general manager, Asia Pacific and Japan, having established the company's Asia Pacific operation; and he also created the WebEx Global Channel and Alliances program. Schmidt was a key contributor to the company's success when it was named one of the Forbes 25 Fastest Growing Technology Companies (2003-2005), and during this time, company revenues grew from approximately $140 million to over $308 million.
Prior to WebEx, Schmidt served as vice president and general manager, The Americas, at Blue Pumpkin Software, and also as director of global account sales for Lucent technologies (NYSE:LU). Schmidt has also held senior positions at Octel Communications and VMX Systems, Inc. He holds a BA in Communications, Sales and Marketing from California State University, Northridge.
Seth is responsible for all aspects of Coremetrics' legal affairs including transactional, governance, intellectual property, real estate and employment matters. Seth also heads Coremetrics' human resources department and privacy function and is the company's Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to joining Coremetrics, Seth was an attorney practicing in both the employment and corporate departments at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, the leading law firm representing technology companies at all stages of their growth, and the investment banks and venture capital firms that finance them. Prior to joining WSGR, Seth was an attorney with Stoneman, Chandler and Miller and Hutchins, Wheeler and Dittmar (acquired by Nixon Peabody) both in Boston, Massachusetts. Seth earned his undergraduate degree in political science at The Pennsylvania State University and earned his law degree, with honors, at The Boston University School of Law.
